Our dedicated MEP work execution team, comprising a Project Manager, discipline-specific project engineers, site engineers, QA/QC personnel, safety officers, supervisors, and labor forces, ensures the smooth execution of MEP works with full office engineering support.

We manage authority liaison and inspections in accordance with the specified authority tracking schedule. A comprehensive commissioning program is implemented, covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup services.

Upon completion, we hand over the detailed operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning reports, preventive maintenance schedules and programs, material warranties, guarantees, as-built drawings, and authority-approved drawings. Additionally, we provide client staff training to ensure seamless operation and maintenance.

MEP Design Department

In our belief that effort and engineering planning are the basis for all projects, it was necessary to establish a specialized department of qualified engineers with skilled draftsmen to perform engineering works in-house for all electromechanical services and systems.
